Yea for Snow Days!
(b/c that means no school for Daddy)

Jon's such a hard worker. He loves getting out and feeling like a man, shoveling all that snow around. Look at how high it came up. Our street didn't get cleared that day until around 4pm. Yeah, Indy is nowhere as efficient as Utah.

Lincoln just loved it! We got him as bundled up as possible and he just went for it. Instead of helping Dad with his attempt for a snowman (which turned out to look like the temple of Zarahemla ;0), he just wanted to cruise through all the snow in our yard. It was past his knees! So fun. (I still love eating fresh snow. It brings you right back to being a kid again.)

My Mom's Graduation

My mom just graduated from her yoga teacher training course. It lasted 5 months and covered all sorts of yoga stuff, from food to religion to poses to business. My mom has been doing yoga for many years, and finally chose to follow her dream and become a yoga instructor. She has her first interview to teach at a gym coming up. Good luck, Mom!

Me, mom, and Jon. I think I'm 28 weeks here.

It's official!

Our Kitties

Roo Roo or Romeo or Rudy or...
Romeo will be turning 8 on Valentine's day. He already got his present, though, which was a scratching post that Nanee found for totally cheap, and his baby girl Reina. (I think he is inlove. She loves to kiss him.)

I have no idea how big Reina will get. Hopefully she'll be near Roo's size. Although, for a petite thing, she does hold her own really well when they wrestle. They wrestle every evening, and it's the best entertainment ever. It always gets me to laugh. I love animals. They're so great. I can't wait to get a dog in two years. Now, that's gonna be fun!

The Children's Museum

So caught in the act. This duck was floating in a 'river' and Lincoln went to lick it. This boy has a tendency to put anything in his mouth, other than food. If it's food, it's gotta look really good or he won't even try it.

This is Lincoln's trantrum face. Hehehe. Isn't it great!? Anyway, this is his reaction after we told him he had to share some of the trains with the other kids. He is in love with trains. It is one of his all-time favorites. We're still working on the sharing thing. We just did a Family Home Evening lesson on it. (FYI: For all those Mormon moms out there with little children, the nursery manual is so the bomb when it comes to FHE lessons. It's the best thing ever! I have already seen the effects it's had on Lincoln. He loves to point to Jesus pictures and sing songs about Jesus. It sure has made teaching the gospel to my baby a whole lot easier for this convert here.)

Lincoln's got some goofy parents. But isn't that the best?! Here Jon is trying his hardest to touch his tongue to his nose, and he's getting slaughtered by his wife. Oh yeah baby, at least I can beat him in something. I love that we're so competitive. It's so much fun!

Doing some reminiscing... Can you tell?

My best friends: Char-char (just had her baby girl, Lilly), Kate (all the way back from junior high), and Rachelle (SHE'S PREGO!). I'm so glad that we still keep in touch. It means a lot to me.

My graduation from Dental Assisting School in August 2005.

Oh, I have an announcement! I will be returning to school this summer. So far, I am planning to take my last 3 classes I need to complete my AS degree through SRJC online classes in June. Then, I will start on my bachelors degree. (Jon and I wanted to wait until he started 3rd year, since his schedule will be less demanding and he can be more helpful with the kids and the house.) I am looking into going through the same university as my sister, Jen. Isn't that fun?! We could have degrees from the same school. I think that's cute. Columbia College has a wonderful online program and heavily caters to military families. It seems like a good match for us and our future plans. Plus, I'm really interested in Interior Design. I may be able to take some classes from IUPUI (the university Jon attends in Indy) and transfer them as electives towards my degree. What will my degree be in? General Studies. I plan to minor in financing or accounting to help with our future practice. I'm super excited. Thank you to my great-grandma Betty, who has made this all possible.

Jon, can you guess when this was?

Disclaimer: Sorry to all those that gag at kissing photos. I love 'em!

Wow! Check out these pictures...

How fun to compare this family photo to the one below in the previous post. I'm not sure what year this is, but I'm guessing Jon's in junior high. So, maybe this was taken around '94. Kraig, you're the expert...What year do you think?

Kraig and Terrie's Wedding, over 31 years ago.

Kraig as a little boy. What a sweet photo.

The image quality isn't the best because it came from a card. But, nevertheless, it still is adorable and so much fun to look at.

Willison Family Portraits
December 2007

What a gorgeous family.

This is such an awesome picture! They have such a great sense of humor. I feel like such a lucky girl to have a husband that can crack me up with his corny jokes. I love it!

Here's the age order, from oldest to youngest. Shall I give everyone's ages away?! I would, but it's too late to think that hard right now :0)

The Willison girls. Watch out boys, it might be winter, but the girls are hot!

I Love These People!

Aunt Jessica McAdam and Terrie, Jon's mom. Gosh, they did a great job dressing up as Hicksville, USA.

What a charming couple! I'd like to see them try and kiss with those things in their mouths ;0)
And finally, Jon's sweet grandparents. We love them so much. Oh, and his grandpa is such a hoot. They're on a mission right now serving in cold, cold Canada speaking French. All of these photos were taken last summer at a huge family reunion in California. Unfortunately, we were unable to go-- or else you would have seen some hilarious photos of us, too!
