Aren't they soooo cute!
That's my real sister Jen and all her kids and hubbie. Kraig is about to graduate from med school and become a real doctor. My dad sure lucked out with one daughter having a husband as a doctor and the other potentially having a husband as a dentist. They will be moving soon so that he can go into specialty school as a radiologist. Tons more years of schooling left! Poor guy (but not in the long run!). Hopefully we'll end up close to them, too.

That's me and Herb! He's such a sweetheart. His wife is my role model. They are my grandfather's siblings, so that makes Herb my great-uncle. But him and Carlynn are more like grandparents to me.

This is my dad, Robby, and step-mom, Trish. My dad looks like a goof-ball, but Trish looks really beautiful. They're a very handsome couple. And they're both very talented musically and totally into baseball (well, it's more like the Giants. But that's the only baseball out there! Right Dad?)

My dad is such a nut!
The top photos are him pretending to warm-up for his performance by imitating Jon's warm-ups before high jumping. It was hilarious! The bottom photos are of him singing a song about us for our reception. He did a really good job. He even got me to cry (but that's not too hard for him).

This is our first Christmas tree together. We love it. It smells wonderful and looks beautiful. And amazingly enough, all the decorations were bought at the dollar store. It was great!

These were all the attendants for Thanksgiving dinner: Jeff & Jon (who got some football video games in), Dorsey & Rachelle, Eric & Lincoln, & Romeo. It was a great group of loved ones.

What a marvelous Thanksgiving dinner it turned out to be! Jon and I are really starting to get the hang of this. It's been fun hosting it for the last two years. This is what we had: before snack was quiche (Dorsey); dinner had turkey (Jon), gravy (Rachelle & Eric), mashed potatoes (Eric), stuffing (Jeff), cranberry sauce (Dorsey), candied yams (Rachelle), green bean casserole (Rachelle), rolls (Eric), sparkling apple cider (Eric); and dessert included pumpkin pie (Jon), wonder bars (Dorsey), and chocolate peanut butter bars (Eric). I miss it already!

Lincoln's first Thanksgiving. He was bummed cuz he could only have milk!

Here's the fam for Halloween! Jon & I had matching shirts that had Snoopy and the gang all dressed up for Halloween on them.

Lincoln was the cutest pumpkin for Halloween! Our ward celebrated Halloween by having different groups of people decorate rooms in the church building and have the kids go from door to door trick-or-treating. It was a lot of fun. Jon's the secretary of the Yound Men's Presidency and they and their wives (who did most of the work) had their own room.

Lincoln's still trying to get used to baths, though he seems to be getting better with each one. He was about a month and a half in this one. The last picture is hilarious because as I started draining the tub, his fire hydrant started spraying all over the place. So, I tried stopping the spray attack with my hand!

While we were at the wedding in Idaho Falls we did a little celebrating of our own. One year and many more to come!

The Idaho Falls Temple. We went there for Jon's old roommate, Jason Stout, and Crystal's wedding. They were sealed on the same day as we were, except one year later.

Pretty cute for a 9-month prego lady!

Isn't he a crack-up! Jon really lucked out for his bday: all the parents bought him a new, very cool razor; Eric gave him shampoo & conditioner that is like "a breath mint for you head"; our friends, the Barlows, gave him a gift certificate to the 'man' store (Home Depot); and prego wifie got him a cute shirt.

Jon's 24th bday party. So...the cake totally was a flop! I tried making a recipe that didn't include flour and it didn't work out at all. It was pretty funny :0)

What great spirits these two have!

Aren't these cherry tomatoes bizzare. They came from our garden, so I guess that explains it. Jon and I planted our first garden this past spring! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Here's a list of everything we had: yellow & green zuchinni, cherry & roma tomatoes, strawberries, corn, rosemary, lavendar, broccoli, basil, carrots, cucumbers, honeydew melon, cantalope, & romaine & butterleaf lettuce! Whew, that was one long list!

Lincoln, me, and his gorgeous grandma.

We finally unraveled our 1-year anniversary cake saved up from our wedding. Surprisingly enough, it still tasted pretty good. In one of the photos I'm faking out Jon by pretending to smash the cake in his face! That was hilarious.

Terrie gets kidnapped for her surprise party. It was so much fun!
She totally had it coming to her after tying Dorsey to a chair at girls camp and writing "You Got Served" on her!

Jonny & his bro Jordan, who just got back from his mission in Washington state.

Doesn't he look handsome?! I've totally lucked out in my opinion--he's hot and he can cook!
