My dad and sister got to meet Lincoln for the first time while we were out in California early March. It was so wonderful to have them come from far distances. We were so grateful that they made that sacrifice. Thanks guys!

Lincoln and his great-grandma Dolly. Every time he would look at her he would giggle. It was the cutest thing ever! You could tell that he sure warmed Dolly's heart with all the love.
Angie and Gabe are now pregnant, too! They're due in August. This will be so exciting to have 3 cousins born within one year of ea. other. I can't wait to find out if they will be having a boy or girl. Melinda is besides herself because it's her first grand-baby too!
Even the governor's mansion has a huge banner that says "Go Saints!". Jon and I got a big kick out of this!
Go LSU! Mike the Tiger taking a little snooze in his newly remodeled play pin. We were having the hardest time trying to get his attention. Finally, after 10 minutes we saw him move his paw! Did you know that at every home football game they drive him around the field. So fun for the fans, but poor kitty!
What a cute mini temple. Our friend Napoleon was sealed here at the Baton Rouge Louisiana Temple to his bride Alicia the last weekend we were there. We got to go to his reception and boogie down a bit. He and his wife looked smashing, the food was excellent, and the music was great. It was a lot of fun. Perfect timing!
I'm flying! Crash--bonk!
We love our little squeekers!
Caroline is pregnant with a little girl and doesn't she look great! Her and Mike are planning on naming her Dolly, after my grandmother. Dolly should be here right around my birthday. Hey Dolly, the 20th is an awesome day to be born :0)
Christmas galore! It was so wonderful being able to go to the South to spend time with Dorsey's mom's side. It had been two years since we had had the opportunity to see everyone. As you can see, it was a lot of fun!
This is one of our favorite pictures of us. It was taken at Christmas time.

Wonderful couples! These are pictures from our trip to New Orleans where we got to spend time with the Gandy family. Top to bottom: Scott & Michelle (cousins), Mike & Judy (uncle/aunt), Caroline & Mike (cousins; Caro and Scott are siblings). Don't they all look fabulous in these pictures?!
Can you believe his mouth is big enough to get his whole fist in there?! Of course, he gets it from his dad! Being a big mouth doesn't run in my family at all. Now is that literal or figurative?
What a ball player! A Giants fan already :0) My dad thinks he looks like a short-stop. It'll be fun to see if he becomes an athlete like his parents and which sports become his favorite. We're hoping that he falls for volleyball, baseball, football, basketball, and track. We're thinking of starting him out with gymnastics first, though, to help him develop his full-body coordination and flexibility.
There's our Rudy-roo! The tree's actually pretty high and he managed to do that all on his own. For a domesticated cat he's pretty skilled. He's brought me presents of bird, mice, and grasshoppers. I have no idea how he got fast enough to catch the birds, but now we have a bell on him to warn them of his coming. He's still wonderful, though! He's doing really well with Lincoln, too. And Lincoln totally notices him now and will watch him where ever he goes.
These are some of our favorite pictures taken from our Christmas photo shoot.
Can anybody tell what that says? I wrote that with some beads, like the ones used for the Mardi Gras necklaces. I thought that was pretty ingenious myself
Pillows flying everywhere! Jon loved being attacked and tackled by our nieces and nephews. They are so much fun! Some of the best kids you've ever met--seriously!
We have been married for almost four years and are wonderfully in love. We have a little guys named Lincoln and Christian. We are both originally from Sonoma County, CA, but now live in Indianapolis. Jon is about to start his third year of dental school. Hurray! He is also a Lieutenant in the Air Force. Dorsey has the greatest job of raising their children. We have two awesome kitties named Romeo, who is 8, and Reina, who is almost 1. We're Latter-day Saints and feel very grateful to have the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ in our lives. Thanks for visiting our blog. Come again soon!
